Return policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, we’ve kept the process simple and hassle-free.

Returns are not accepted on eyeglasses with customized lenses.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

Product Condition:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request:
To raise a return request, please email us at sundripeyewear@gmail.com along with images or a short video of the product.

Return Shipping Fee:
As per our return policy, a ₹200 return shipping fee will be deducted, or the actual shipping charges incurred (whichever is higher).

Store Credit on Returns

Instead of a refund, we issue Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
The Store Credit can be used on your next purchase and is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
